2. System performance. System features and performance (including detection, notifications, integration and face recognition) depend on the devices, configuration, network and conditions at each site. Specifications may change without notice.
3. Recordings and audits. Text overlay and system logs help provide supporting recordings and records. Whether recordings are accepted as evidence, and whether regulatory or audit requirements are met, is for the client and the competent authorities to assess and is not guaranteed by Vinotica through this Site.
4. Calculator and downloads. The Loading Dock Loss Audit calculator gives an estimate based only on the numbers you enter. It is not a quote or offer, is not binding on you or Vinotica, and is not a guarantee of savings. Downloadable checklists are general guidance, not legal or operational advice.
5. Intellectual property. Text, images, design and other materials on the Site belong to Vinotica or its licensors. Copying or using them for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
6. Third-party trademarks. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them does not imply any affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.
7. Third-party links. The Site may contain links to third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp, Google Maps, LinkedIn). Vinotica is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
8. Prohibited use. You may not use the Site to send unlawful content, spam or malware, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or disrupt the Site’s operation.
9. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Vinotica is not liable for losses arising solely from the use of general information on the Site or from the Site being temporarily unavailable. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
